• Return Window: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

• Exchanges: Once approved, replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

• Damaged or Defective Products: Full refunds or replacements are provided for products reported as damaged/defective within 10 days of delivery.
